    • At Squadron, we strive to support companies in their evolution towards the factory of the future. Our expertise in industrial digitalisation and strategic guidance helped both STAS and Decospan optimise their production processes and make them ready for the future. 

    • Specifically, we supported them in:

      • End-to-end digitisation: STAS has evolved in recent years from an engineering-to-order to a configure-to-order process. This means that a configuration with the customer produces a real-time quotation which, upon signature, drives the entire production flow. Specifically, this means the development of a customised ERP package, a sales configurator and several apps to digitise the production floor.
      • CPQ: also at Decospan, we are currently implementing a customised CPQ (Configure - Price - Quote) software integrated into their existing and future ERP package. This allows the sales and marketing team to adjust product configurations based on customer requirements and manage prices or discounts based on set rules so as to generate quotations quickly and error-free.  

      This collaboration demonstrates how strategic and technological support helps companies achieve the highest level of operational excellence.
